Having worked with the current crop of undergraduates, "improved students' computer skills" is still nothing to sneeze at. A lot of them have grown up using phones and tablets almost exclusively, can't touch-type, and don't seem to know how to use actual computers.

I think a lot of muggers are just lazy chancers, honestly. I've been noncommittally "mugged" like 3 or 4 times -- I just kept walking like I didn't hear the person and they never did anything.

Everyone approaches everything from an 'ideological perspective', whether they know it or not. That's what 'ideology' means.
