Yes, this. I also think he has a diagnosis and HE wants to bull-in-a-china-shop his way out the door. He's out here slapping his name on anything and everything. He has no reason to not just let loose. Bet he's trying to create legacy on his own crazy ass terms.

TY. I've seen it many times. When he took office, I knew that he understood deep in that psyche of his how it's all going to end. Extremely prescient on his part. I'm not sure if he'll even get a Rosebud moment on his way out. I don't think he has any positive kid memories. Sad miserable-ass life.

This guy has a diagnosis. There's NO WAY he'd concede like this. He doesn't care what the laws are. Never has. That he floated "a couple of people around him" is telling. This HAS to be because during his bi-weekly "yearly" check ups and MRIs, someone has broken to him that his days are numbered.
