(2/3) We used a Diversity Outbred mouse model system and scRNA-seq of small intestine innate lymphoid cells (ILCs) to map quantitative trait loci (QTLs) associated with ILC traits: variation in cell type specific expression (in cis and trans), proportions (in trans), and gene programs (in trans).
