i'm down 20 pounds which is good. i have a new scale which has 10 biometrics. muscle is up, fat is down, bio age is younger, bmi is on the good side. all from me finding the right mental spot.

Happy New Year. we have a lot of good things to look forward to. looks like tooth regeneration and some other age reversal milestones are going to happen. Dictators around the world are having troubles so that means the rest of us might have it a little better!
