Good-paying?? $45k barely covers rent in Denver! My mortgage is $3k/mo and that's with a *low* interest rate! Folks earning $45k aren't gonna be able to afford a house even if they manage to find an apartment on that salary. Good-paying my ass, those are practically poverty wages with the COL here.
