Days feel as if they are mushing together sometimes, in part due to the fact that it feels as though it is just a repeat of the day before. Which is why I am grateful when opportunities present themselves to shake it up a bit here and there.

Not sure if this happens with anyone else, but the dream I had this morning, right before waking up, was so vividly realistic that when I woke up I felt like I was still very briefly in the dream. Until I was fully awake and getting ready for work.
