They wouldn’t give to a client of mine because his first Name on birth certificate was spelled Scot and his other documentation was Scott.

Workaround was that he had a passport in the past ( expired) that had 2 T spelling so he just renewed it.. voila a valid doc instead of birth certificate.

Yeah, I’ve been doing that for a while and fixed charging issues before this but not this time. Had been having to put something under phone cord to make sure it was at an angle to get it to charge…. Usually a toothpick and a hairdryer ( on cool) did the trick.
