The start of my 2025 garden. Tomatoes with companion marigolds. A patch of 3 sisters; corn, beans and squash. A few volunteer potatoes and strawberries with a little room for something else.

This is Canadian National Film Week. Stand up for Canada by sitting down and watching a Canadian film. I recommend When Branches Bend, available for free on CBC Gem, where I make an appearance as a government entomologist. CBC is indeed a gem worth protecting- I would never sell-out the CBC.

My answers for votepalastone.ca. I believe in a One State Solution, a secular society where every religion or none is respected equally. I know many groups think it's an unworkable solution, but as a secular humanist I would hate to see Canada have a state sponsored religion.
