I woke up this morning and decided to get serious about losing weight and getting into shape. 12 minutes into an Apple Fitness+ weight training workout, I tweaked my back, the same back I flared up last Saturday. I’m still going to do cardio at the gym, but I’m going to need to strengthen my back.
