Even though it mentions the FDA, it's a worldwide project and is relevant in nearly every country. The UK may be one rare exception. But it still matters to people in the UK since top donors in other countries will be unable to export their stool.

That doesn't make the premise false. There's a huge body of evidence (linked previously) in support.
