Since I haven't been posting on "X" (for obvious reasons), I wanted to say here that I support my union SAG-AFTRA and our sister union WGA in the strikes that have dragged on for far too long due to the greedy a$$holes at the AMPTP. Don't let the scabs drag us down. Press forward.

This is very much how I felt in my final days on "The X," especially since I was private for almost a year.
I like this Bluesky shit because now when I generate near-zero engagement, I can blame it on my lack of followers and not internalize it as a direct challenge to the relevancy of my thoughts and observations themselves.

Just started seriously using this site. It needs work, but I think this will suffice as an alternative to "the X" LOL. Hoping for things like DM's soon. Also hope the reich wing trolls don't just swarm the place as soon as it goes public. We'll see.
