Fun fact. If you put your neck on the electric guitar, and voice your notes, the amp will pick up your voice with an epic tone. So yeah, the more you know.

I'm a firm believer of minimalist shoes; aka barefoot shoes. Even as a caregiver on my feet 12 hours a day, I haven't had any flairups of my plantar fashitis or achilles tendinitis since I did the transition. Nearly a decade of pain, gone.
