One thing which interests me about the strident views being expressed re Letby evidence is the extent to which those people agree that usually ‘the trial is not a dress rehearsal. It is the first and last night of the show’ (per Lewison LJ at para 114 Fage UK Ltd v Chobani UK Ltd [2014] EWCA Civ 5).
