I think you are right. I could make a technical argument that the new bitcoin purchases buttresses the senior preferred, but if you can't trust the sponsor you can't trust the payout.

Question for experts: Strategy funded the new bitcoin purchases by selling common and junior preferred. Does that act strengthen senior preferred due to extra collateral without dilution, or weaken senior pref by making the whole edifice more shaky?

What's out so far does not seem to me to be as bad as it could have been for Trump. Knowing about evil behavior and not reporting it is very bad, but it is not the same as participating in it. It surely puts Trump in a bad light, but I think he will survive if that is all there is.
