Oh I feel awful for her! I only have a slight gluten issue, but if I eat naan or flour tortillas I feel like I have a fever, all of my joints hurt, and the tummy problems are disastrous. Anything stronger than that allergy level and I'd be a real mess. Good luck finding anything to cook/ bake!
