Reminding people of their oath isn't casting doubts. Even Donald Trump posted something reminding of the oath. I don't know if he knew what he was doing at the time, though, as it might undermine his case.

A fully grown pig is much more sentient than a 6 week old fetus or zygote. It has feelings, it can cry, be happy, fearful of dying. But we don't care about them. But a zygote that's as sentient as a plant is given human rights status? Illogical.
