I am sending love and gratitude to Speaker Adrienne Jones. I know this must have been a very difficult decision and that she made it with the best interest of Marylanders in mind. I want to thank her for her steadfast and long commitment to our county and state.

The numbers are in and on Saturday 43 pets were adopted from the Baltimore County Animal Services Adopt-a-Pet event and brought into loving homes! That includes the very loveable and energetic bulldog Lincoln! He was such a sweetheart.

What a joy and honor it was to participate in the opening ceremonies of our MD Special Olympics! I got to march in with the Balt Co team to cheer them on! I also had the honor of addressing the crowd to share with them the power they have as advocates to make positive change in our state.

I want to thank @govwesmoore.bsky.social for signing my bill, HB 450, earlier this week! This bill will reduce the administrative burden of both individuals with disabilities and the state by creating an auto-renewal process for transit discount cards for individuals with permanent disabilities.
