@michelkuehn.bsky.social has his first paper under review! Mavacamten is a cardiac drug that "deactivates" myosin heads, which structurally shows as the heads moved away from the thin filament, even in relaxed muscle and is now shown in skeletal muscle! 👨🔬🔬🧪 #MyoBlue
