Good day in the studio. Made a bottle with some new clay, a couple of spoon rests in my normal clay and then threw a bowl and a dinner bowl. Good to throw 800g and 1kg after a year of recovery. #pottery

Made it up to Bowscale Tarn yesterday. It was slow going and had to rest a couple of times but worth it once I got there. Going down was tiring too. I have to remember that stroke recovery is a slow process.

Finally got round to making some bud vases.
