2/2….she would always call it early morning mist…till I called her bluff when it was late afternoon. She acknowledged it was smog (as it was then called) and we talked about other forms of pollution. I loved the decades that followed when regulations cleared the air and water. No more, thanks Dump!

Lee Zeldin and his utter hatred for the EPA is a full circle issue that brings back memories of the late 1960’s for me. My grandmother and I frequently rode the bus from Philly to our little town in south Jersey and I would see the sky looking darker close to the ground. She would always call it 1/2
