I like flower tea. This dianthus almost died after blooming once. I watered it every day and it came back to life. I waited for the flowers to fade and made tea. It contains a lot of magnesium and is good for the heart.

Most of vege.oil contain omega 6, which are no good for human to have too much. Flaxseed oil, safflower oil, walnut oil contain omega 3, and olive oil, sunflower oil are also very healthy... but most of olive oil are not pure, and the prices are many times higher than before.
