Having obtained my first ever age related concession entry fee at the age of 65, you would have thought I'd have grown up a bit... But no.

Had a superb pint of Siren Maltiverse on Friday night, 3.4% and maybe not totally traditional in taste, but a mild.

The Yorkshire House in Lancaster has been closed for 4 years. It was the first place I ordered a pint (Hobgoblin) and people miss it. Especially the juke box. It was a grotty rock pub, perhaps one of the last of its kind. This note on the door says it all, really.
A handwritten note parcel taped to the closed black door of a pub reads: Please! Could one of you millionaire cuntlords reopen me! And let someone with a soul run, manage and work here! We miss you Yorkie!!
