Yep, it's Roti Sai Mai (โรตีสายไหม). It's a dessert that we develop by combining Roti (the wrap) which is Popular in India and Cotton candy floss into a dessert.
Though later we change the wrap but still keeping the name.
Very popular dessert to find in Ayutthaya.
