I beg to differ, sorry you feel that way. As an ex-army brat, there are lots of honorable military members that climb up that ladder. Requirements and demands filter out a lot of the bad at the bottom. Im not very familiar w law enforcement, but i did live in L.A. in the 90s, not very impressive.
