As we move into the colder months, MIC Thurles staff remember to pick up a book from our free book stand in the staff room to read on your break or at home by the fire.

We restocked the bookstand over the summer & hope to see you all continue to exchange your read books here for a new book.

Our students came to us and asked when Thurles library would be opening later on a Thursday.
We can now announce we will open until 7pm on Thursdays going forward, starting this week, Oct. 2nd.

MIC Thurles library will revisit these hours later in the Semester to add more hours on a Thursday.

This fundraiser is to help get our MIC student Roya's family to safety. Her family has actively supported women's education and for that their lives are endangered.

MIC Thurles Library is updating its hours starting Monday 22nd September.

From week 3 our library will open for Semester 1 until 9pm Monday-Wednesday.

Any further changes will be posted in the future.

You can access your account by scrolling to the bottom of the MIC Library website page.
Accessing your Library Account allows you to update your details as well as keeping track of books on loan, books on request and due dates.

MIC Thurles has spent the summer renovating its campus. From brand new Home Economics rooms and student hang out area, to revamping the green space and car park - all improvements making it better for its staff and students.
