Less virus means less viral evolution and fewer co-infections. Reminder that mitigations work against flu: ventilation, air filtration, N95 masks, avoiding exposure. In fact, in 2021-2022 there was very little flu as a result of COVID protocols and one flu lineage may have been driven exctinct.
