I detest US foreign policies because they are imperialistic and exploitative. It breaks my heart to see our military used to mete out these policies. Lt. Gen. Russel Honoré exemplifies the finest of the military, as witnessed during Katrina. I wish our policies matched the finest of Gen. Honoré.
