That's sort of a crazy bug to have! I wouldn't be surprised if Rotom's Appliance forms were delayed and then largely sidelined due to this bug being a known factor in development

Checked the captions and they sure did not correct it (and they do use captions to emphasis other characters' accents so there's precedent for them doing something quirky like rewriting the caption to catch the pronunciation)

Also weirdly Fur Coat doesn't actually double Body Press damage either, it only applies on defense.

I like that they made Fluffy because I think Fur Coat is much more boring even if it's definitely much stronger. Physical moves like Earthquake or Rock Slide are much bigger too miss out of for Fluffy than odd special contact moves like Grass Knot are for Fur Coat.
