I love making our own PCBs in house I hate it when the pick and place uses the expensive trash can. Once the parts are off the feeder tapes are useless unless you do sorting by hand.

Was just messing around with some printer settings and got some cool to surface patterns. Not going to use any of them but still cool.

I don't have time to take photos rn but the index face tracking brackets got a huge update there now 90% more of a pain to remove from the head set but the face tracking is a tun better.

I got some new work mats today for the work room I'm really happy with all the changes and stuff recently back there it's finely feeling nice to be working in there.

My newest favorite tool rn is this foot operated soder dispenser my plan is to use it and a sodering iron at some point to make an auto sodering robot for the USB ports and other things.

Sometimes it takes deliveries like this to convince myself things are going well $300+ in screw's 20,000 some, it's just insane.

Finely finishing up my work station with the pnp, mostly happy with the small rack for replacement components. Just got to add the new PCB oven and we are fully off to the races.

Good by PCB oven you were amassing till you shit the bed and burned a thousand plus dollars of PCBs all at once, your shelf is now empty waiting for your replacement to show up Thursday. What do you all think should I do an unboxing video and review on the new unit?

It's one of those days..... My big PCB oven is not working right so now I have to use a hot plate to solder everything.

And just like that 120 some subassemblies are finished in one night this only took like 3 hours all my time working on making it easier to make is paying off for real.

WE BACK! The batteries have been delivered, I'm starting puck assembly tonight and pre-orders will ship starting on Monday! After that we will be back to normal!

Say why does it take so much time and money to do something simple? Cuz other people don't like documenting things, and you have to add stuff to make workarounds. First version PCB vs what's shipping on the right.

I love these tubs so much now this one has 136 puck shells in it and there's still room.

Sadly power pucks are sold out now do to supply problems. I'm hoping the parts show up by the 23 but we shall see. In the meantime I am working on setting up preorders.
