2016 was ten years ago. That was a huge year for me in terms of growth, change, and self realization. I feel that 2026 will be the same for me. I know this because it's already started.

I've been working on my health in overtime lately. I went to the doctor and I'm no longer prediabetic and 35lbs down! I feel like I've entered a new chapter in my life where all I care about is taking care of my body and moving my body. Obviously this should've always been the choice but here I am.
