Movie fanatic, sporadic novelist, sneakerhead, NBA lifer, former newspaper journalist in Iowa City and Peoria. Don’t diss Peoria or the Midwest around me.
I swear to God every filmmaker saw the Stag scene in 2006's "The Queen" and were like "Yesss, yessssssssssssss."

I still have nightmares from how difficult the snowman boss fight was. Amazing game.

He saw "Sinners" and thinks they're coming for him, but even he can't get around Martha's Vineyard HOA rules.

As a long-suffering Pistons fan, we've been praying for days like this on the pod. We got a full-on Bontemps compliment? Without a backhanded parting diss?

Damn. That's a real blow to the team. Hope he bounces back earlier.

Does that mean starting Duncan at the 2, or someone else?

A 90s kids rite of passage: having your world rocked when you learn Murder She Wrote/Mrs Potts Angela Lansbury also played one of the most ruthless, sinister movie villains ever in The Manchurian Candidate.

Maybe we just use the Nuggets rainbow jersey to count for green and violet?

The Antidote, historical fiction novel by Karen Russell. Great character building, has some magical-realism aspects, set during the Dust Bowl era in a fictional Nebraska town that has a witch who is the town’s professional secret-keeper/ memory wiper. Def my favorite book to come out this year

Perfect movie; so underrated. Right up there with Hitchcock's best. All the scenes on rooftops with cat burglars are cast in green. In the fireworks sequence, the green light creeps into the hotel room, and Hitchcock twists your expectations and theories so effortlessly. Marvelous.

Could add Baldwin too for playing such a sleaze. Working Girl has too many great qualities going up against the BlueSky character limit

There’s a very thin line between horrific and terrific 🤣 But no matter what, the hair was ESSENTIAL for the movie

What a special thing to have twins be such dynamic athletes. Hopefully, Ausar develops his offensive efficiency to Amen's level. I was surprised to see Ausar's usage rate higher than his brothers. It's gonna be scary if they both take a step forward this post-season/next year.

What's the difference between him and Ausar when it comes to opponent FG%? I know the counting stats for him are a notch lower than Amen, just curious!
