in my 7 years at this job that was the Worst customer we’ve ever had
me and another coworker were both crying and i yelled at our supervisor over it while i cried bc i didn’t feel listened to 😶

she was throwing a hissy fit bc her drink “wasn’t right” and was accusing my coworkers of purposely doing it wrong :)
when the issue was she didn’t know what tf she was ordering
