I have a gnarly bruise on my left thigh. I had no idea what I had done to get a perfectly straight line of a bruise, at an odd angle.
Yesterday, I moved student desks back to their spots and slammed into the corner of one of them. Today I have a matching bruise on my right thigh!
Mystery solved!

I finally had a day where my work was done and I could relax. I played Destiny 2 for hours, baked some brookies and made some cookie dough to make cookie shot glasses this week. It was a good day!

This week I start teaching the littles about the relationship the Netherlands has with water.
Now I'm taking photos of high and low tides in Rotterdam and looking for NAP markers to take pictures of.
The more I learn the more I am simply in awe of the engineering involved. For more than 400 years.

There is an absolutely horrible whining noise outside that's going at about 440hz (a tuning A note) and I can hear it in every room of the house and it's definitely coming from outside the house and not my tinnitus.
Also, to the fucker who set off the fireworks at 1:45 am. You suck.

I wanted to watch a fun film called "Caramelo" about a stray dog and a chef who become buddies... But there are so many very loud licking/slurping/chewing noises that I just can't watch it. ARGH!

I've been playing Blue Prince and I really like it, though I'm not enjoying how much of my success depends entirely on rng. Probably one of my greatest frustration points in many games.

There is a row of boxes, and in each progressive box, you add the same, predetermined amount (practicing multiplication).
I stared and stared and stared... how could he get it so wrong...
