It is our prime ministers job to do what is in the best interest of Canadians. Taking the moral high ground for the sake of appearing righteous is not the answer now.

I voted Liberal knowing it was basically a conservative platform. So did you if you voted Lib. He doesn’t keep kowtowing to Trump, mainstream news isn’t covering how many other trade deals Canada has been making lately. But he may cut social spending which will suck but hopefully short term only.

Agree. Also, I’ve been seeing signs that we’ve been shifting trade to other places, specifically wheat and some critical minerals used for batteries. Could be why the US senate made such ridiculous amendments to the BBB last minute…. Haven’t checked the sources on that info tho,

Either way… I think it was a strategy to keep the payment on schedule. We’ll see if it works. The orange felon looses more of his hand with every tantrum. I hope he doesn’t cause us too much pain in the process.

Same. But I’m still very, very worried for us. I live in Rural BC, definitely a community with a lot of folks who aren’t convinced we made the right choice last election.
