When I was renting in the '00s, a block off the 101 in Menlo Park, I bemoaned that my husband & I couldn't afford to buy a house in the Bay Area. But even so, I was aware of the stark housing disparity across the fwy in E. Palo Alto. And things are worse than ever theconversation.com/rising-house...
