This is a classic piece of Russian canon of “shifting the blame”.The country that has done the most to undermine the principles of the UN Charter is the Russia.They were the ones who invaded Ukraine in 2022,in complete violation of international law. This had nothing to do with the West or the USA

So there's no need to be scratching our heads. The Biden administration created a very convoluted false narrative that we sent Ukraine nearly $200B. The majority of "Ukraine aid" is spent on our own defense and NATO defense of Europe.
$65.9B went to Ukraine. That's it.
