hsr has such a massive problem with power creeping and the fact that i feel like i need to pull an entire team just to make one dps character do an ounce of dmg because i have no 4 stars that are good enough for said dps

his name is kouji!!! he’s specifically from my puppet kazuha au fic ive posted and scara built kouji to help carry on the isshin art and wanted to immortalize his love for kazuha into a person. kouji is monotone, emotionally stunted, quick witted, a blacksmith, and uses a sword + is anemo!!
