I would have thought losing 3 of your 4 House of Reps seats including your leader would have been a wake up call for anyone .Greens never seem to be able to face up to reality .Still will not accept that helping Tony Abbott kill a carbon trading scheme resulted in 9 years of LNP climate inaction

I think the Greens are at last coming to terms with the fact you can not always get everything you want in a negotiation .They lost votes in the last election because of their my way or the highway attitude. As the LNP move further to the right the Greens can fill the void for everyone’s benefit

If the Greens had compromised on Rudd’s carbon trading scheme we would not have had to suffer 9 years of terrible coalition governments . It is all about moving forward . Even if the steps are small it is better than going backwards

If the Greens could only move away from their “ It’s my way or the highway “ mentality the county would be so much better off .The result of the last election surely demonstrated that the electorate want them to compromise on important issues .As the LNP move more to the right they can fill the gap

Along with their gutless non action on gambling regulation the so called NACC signature policy is the greatest disappointment of this 2nd term Labor Government.

The LNP in Australia had a similar business model . Mates of the party were awarded contracts without the need to tender . Part of the profits were then donated back to the party .
