not that she did that, the video clearly shows she (tried to) drive away. and dozens of court cases have found law enforcement cannot shoot when they create the danger to themselves (standing in front of a car) or when they choose to not remove themselves from the danger (two steps to the right)

if they do it to your car, they don’t get to shoot at you for lawfully using your vehicle to escape the immediate harm of being kidnapped by unidentified masked thugs. and that includes using the vehicle as deadly weapon in proportion to the threat posed eg group of men with their hands on their hip

(unannounced) breaking and entering is not an official duty of law enforcement. if they do it to your home, they can expect to be shot. they don’t get to shoot back at you for lawfully using your constitutional right to defend yourself in your home.

it doesn’t matter if they have a plate carrier—police wear badges and nametags, criminals wear masks and army cosplay.

this is murder of citizens on american soil by wannabe soldiers for the crime of emasculating them. there will be justice.

if a group of thugs tried to break into your car, drive off. if one of them is in the way, go straight through them.

it’s better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.

an arrest of a person in a car means pulling them over and issuing orders to exit the vehicle. or reporting their tag and picking them up later.

the only military power the president has is being a civilian leader—that is, top authority in the management of the military from a civilian position—and to write treaties and send them to congress for advise and consent.

nowhere therein is the power to make war, only wage it and negotiate its end

if WPA is unconstitutional, frankly, it’s because it gives the president *too much* power to declare war insofar as it allows 60-90 days of undeclared hostility during emergencies which the president himself can define, rather than congress.
