i played the put move early in the am and got my profit. i'm feeling happy and frustrated as i left money on the table.

took a 3k loss on spx calls today. very annoyed by it. the lessons keep coming. i'm going to not trade rest of the day. Overall for week, my profit is 400 after payout. smh

played puts today. sold too early but got my slice of the pie... of course, i wanted a bigger piece. lol.

Today, the run up then the run down... wow.. i had puts and made a profit. i am now waiting until end of day to see what else, if any trade i'll enter to swing.

ok ok ... decided to do a swing trade based on strategy. i'm in puts.

Today I traded puts. Made a quick $300+ with leaving money on the table. :) the strategy is working.

i traded calls based on the flow today. I made profit selling before 10am EST crossover. Had I held, an additional $300 or so more in profit. I'm happy with the trade. Now to work I go!

April begins fully focused on my strategy trading. Here's a piece of the strategy reviewed for the last 10 days. I'm really excited to stand on my own analysis that will work for my day.
