Yes I think it would. It would make people realize that they need to be more careful about what they are reading. Because if they are reading a persuasion focused article, they are getting more than just the news.

I think I fall into the advocacy professionalism outlook a little more, and I think my friends and family are the same way.

Yes I think it does. It’s easier to see other people getting corrections and you thinking about if you need to fix those things as well, rather then you being the one called out for it.

I think just knowing where to draw the line. Asking factual questions for reassurance makes sense but making up crazy possible situations just to try and make your side right needs to not be ok.

Even though we want all of our news sources and articles to be unbiased, there is just no possible way. Everyone is influenced and opinionated and when a journalist is around all these stories as much as they are it’s almost hard not to be biased to some degree.

I think it’s stayed about the same. I don’t necessarily think it’s gotten better but I also don’t think it’s decreased.

I tend to scroll on tik tok a lot and I find that that influences me a lot. Sometimes I tend to believe things I see on there that I shouldn’t believe.

I agree, when tv broadcasts use other sources to support what they are are reporting it is taken better by the audience because it seems more truthful with evidence.

Yes I think it definitely does. I think we can combat this by going to multiple different sources for news to determine what’s actually true and not true so framing doesn’t affect us as much.

I agree, I think how things are pitched to us on television or ads or newspapers or anything really reflects on what we believe to be true and false.

I agree, our attention span is so short nowadays that if media or news don't grab our attention right away, they will lose us.

I agree, some media tend to focus on the most outrageous thing happening instead of the most important thing happening.

I agree, there’s so much misinformation all over every news source. After learning today in lecture that some conspiracy theories in class can make it to traditional news media if it is on cable news is concerning.

I agree, I see the side how fact checkers could be seen as a way from prohibiting free speech in a way, but the surge of misinformation especially on the extreme is going to be astronomical.
