Gabby (1st pic) is not a happy old lady 😒 Had to put on the cone because she wounded her head somehow. So we put it on the other girls for a minute to make her feel a little better. Didn't work 😆 so GRUMPY!

Pretty good start. The kids are believable and charming. Love all the alien creatures, world-building, and easter eggs. Enjoying the pirate chaos and the mystery of "treasure planet". Looking forward to watching more!

Apparently there is another film called Home For the Holidays, from 1972, starring Sally Field. Looks fun as well. Sounds like more of a Christmas movie, but added to the list!

We just watched Longlegs. Not sure how to feel about that. Might require a rewatch. Left us feeling more confused than scared. Acting was good though, and Nic Cage was excellent at being creepy. 3⭐️ ...for now.

Finally got to watch Alien: Romulus. Solid entry in the franchise. It had everything we expected from a good Alien movie. That cameo by Mark Zuckerbeg was terrifying. 4/5 ⭐️

This movie is totally bonkers, but that makes it great. Holds up pretty well due to the creative cinematography and surreal atmosphere. The acting isn't too bad either. Better than we were expecting. 4/5⭐️
