As Chair of a User Group, I monitor performance on our line. The major cause of disruption is no longer staff issues but stock failure and infrastructure failure. New trains are long overdue.

If you look at a map, you can imagine how the same types of rock formations go under the Irish Sea to The Giant's Causeway. Been to both.
