Take care, I recently changed a toilet systern upstairs. I was really pleased with myself, only to realise later that pushing the overflow pipe had caused part of the ceiling plaster to collapse downstairs.

I have that exact same problem. My dog seems to now like that damp smell as a result - I think she associates it with the walks.
