Does anyone here know of another person who carries a badge from a government agency who in the course of their duties shot and killed another person without being put on leave and investigated? Ever? Even if there were ten camera angles of the incident and 5 witnesses saying it was fully justified?

It's incredible to realize how as we were happy seeing Soviet repression of their own people fall apart in 1991, a young mid-level KGB officer began plotting his revenge against the US for that event. That plot has now become so successful that the US has become the Soviet Union that we fought
