Wonder why so low. Last time I remember this happening was Texas Tech being fined $50K for a field storming that at least happened when the game was over.

I believe the thought is that the increases in new businesses are just LLCs set up by gig workers for tax/legal purposes rather than new businesses that could hire employees/grow the economy.
