Refukker Yusuf forgot to note that Storonsky legged it to the UAE a year ago - in Oct 2024.

That's the month after Farage spoke at the Nomad Capitalist conference - a group that entices wealthy people to flee the UK for global tax havens.

Yusuf will surely be furious with Farage when he finds out.

'Honest' Bob must have forgotten that time when the Tories cut Stamp Duty, which lead to house prices rising far faster then the cost of Stamp Duty would have been - thus making owning a home even more of a distant dream.

Still, at least some poor people will suffer from the related Tory cuts.

After the devastation of Labour's VAT on school fees, the number of private schools in the UK has fallen...sorry...er...risen to a record high.

🤔

L: VAT-stricken Harrow School cuts...sorry...er...progresses its new Science Building, Dining Hall and Sports Centre

R: Labour get on with job of sorting out all those crumbling schools inherited from the Tories, with school-fee VAT helping with the cost

Let's not go backwards with Badenough.

I remember that time the Tories imposed 14 years of austerity on those most in need - to get the debt under control - and somehow managed to nearly treble the debt instead...

The number of private schools has hit a new record since the introduction of VAT on fees...

A very modest fall in pupil numbers - but still higher than 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Indeed...Adam BrooksRiots and the rest of his sort are always careful to ensure that it's only the people they rile up who get prosecuted and jailed...

I wonder which human right each of them is most excited about losing under a Tory Govt?

I think she went to Australia to study at one point but got kicked out for breaching her visa by working!

Now available Stamp Duty-free...

Does their bio describe themselves as a 'tooth seeker'...?

Perhaps their appeal has just got more selective...?

or, indeed, about anything much!

That Tory conference summary...

When the Tories tried that out 4 years ago, house prices went up by a lot more than any saving on the Stamp Duty!

Everyone lost out apart from the mortgage lenders...
mikedlondon.bsky.social
When the Tories last cut Stamp Duty, in 2021, it was so 'successful' that house prices rose by far more than any saving on the Stamp Duty...🤔

That bunny could cost everyone more money...

Not to forget the associated spending cuts for those in most need that the Tories will bring in to fund it.

Badenough doing her bit for the Tories' fossil-fuel-polluting funders (like the Refukkers do).

Of course in reality the market price for electricity goes down as the amount generated from net zero sources goes up.

'....Badenoch says support will only go to 'those who really need it''

Like wealthy landowners and rich parents sending their kids to private school...

(And the data shows that VAT on fees has had minimal impact - numbers higher than in 2022)

Behind their new fascism, the nasty party still lurks.
mikedlondon.bsky.social
For context there are around 17,000 local councillors in the country.

Another 20 flee the Tories to claim asylum with the Refukkers - does that balance out with the number who've quit / been kicked out by Refuk since May?
mikedlondon.bsky.social
Sounds like Badenough's completely new look Tories will promise...er...more austerity for the poor and more tax cuts for the rich...🤔

Badenough 'defends the Conservatives' historic record, saying "we have steered this country through its darkest days"' [BBC]

'Into' its darkest days, surely?

Mike Graham and his flagging fascists basically proving Gary Neville was right.

(And shouldn't Graham be busy planting next year's concrete crop?)

Did all the empty seats symbolise the mythical 'silent majority'?
