SCUMP was selling pardons for $2 million apiece during his first Administration. Rudy Giuliani was the bag man and they split it 50-50. This time around without Giuliani, pardon start at $1 million, but the richer the criminal, the more Trump squeezes them for. He’s not even trying to hide it.
