That's fair. We downsized from over an acre to 1/5 of an acre when we moved here. I would have gone smaller but we still had a son in school. Some people will value the small lots, walkability, and school district. Whether there's enough to sustain it. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I think your right. Easton and Bridge Park have the feel of a downtown. Evans Farms has a ton of housing, and not much else nearby.
