Just got this text poll, I assume funded by McAdams. Evidently he has liberal positions now. The “poll” kept asking if position X would make me more or less likely to vote for him and I wasn’t sure how to respond because, I guess yes if he actually has those positions. It’s very confusing.

Was on a snorkel trip yesterday and I heard a family speaking a language that seemed like French and asked if they were from France but they were Québécois. Then they asked where I was from and I was a little embarrassed to say I was American. We haven’t treated our Canadian friends well lately.

So we have Riebe, McAdams, and Kitchen running for CD1 so far. I want to get excited about a candidate. Riebe seems interesting but I don’t know her yet. I like Kitchen but he lost his state senate seat to Jen Plumb. And McAdams is decent but depressingly moderate. So still open.

Seems counter intuitive that the Salt Lake County Council Republicans are closing a senior center in Salt Lake City as the number of seniors continues to rise. I assume it’s just another way for Republicans to punish Salt Lake City.

If he doesn’t know what they were imaging then, yes, it was his brain.
